November 11, 2007: Rachel's schedule for the 2008 season is now available. Rachel has choosen to compete as a level 10 this upcoming season and will have a chance to qualify to the Junior Olympic National Championships which will be held in Kissimmee, Florida!
October 7, 2007: Rachel has updated her favorites page.
June 18, 2007: Rachel's site has a brand new layout as well as new content including many new photos from 2006 Nationals Prelims and Finals!
June 7, 2007: Rachel is happy to announce that she is back training at KGDC. At this point Rachel is enjoying getting back into training and has not made a decision on what level she will be competing in the future.
April 22, 2007: Rachel has decided to take a break from gymnastics. At this time she is enjoying some free time and seeing what the future holds. Please feel free to sign Rachel's guestbook with any messages you have for her.
April 15, 2007: New avatars have been added to Rachel's site.
April 9, 2007: Rachel's schedule and teammates section of the site have both been updated. Rachel is scheduled to attend the upcoming National Team Training Camp in the next few days as well!
January 29, 2007 Rachel is no longer scheduled to be competing in the WOGA Classic, her next scheduled competition is the Dragon Invite on February 10th.
