April 30, 2009: Rachel recently competed in the 2009 Region III Championships where she earned a gold medal on vault! Although her first place qualifies her to a spot at the National Invitational Tournament, she has decided to end her season with regionals.
March 26, 2009: Rachel has had an outstanding level 10 season so far this year earning gold medals on floor at the Folger's Invite, beam at the Dynamo Classic, Floor at the Dynamo Classic, vault at the Nadia Invite, beam at the Nadia Invite, floor at the Nadia Invite, all around at the Nadia Invite, vault at the Pink Ribbon invite, and floor at the Pink Ribbon Invite. Rachel has scored season highs of 9.725 on vault, 9.700 on beam, and 9.725 on floor. She also received the Nadia C. Outstanding Gymnast Award at the Nadia Invite! Rachel will compete in the Kansas State Championships this weekend. GOOD LUCK RACHEL!

May 19, 2008: Rachel concluded her season this weeked at the Junior Olympic National Championships by placing 24th all around and tied for the silver medal on balance beam. Congrats on a great season Rachel!
April 21, 2008: Rachel has qualified to the 2008 Junior Olympic National Championships! Rachel competed in the Region III Championships this past weekend where she placed 3rd on beam, floor, and in the all around. Rachel is on her way to Kissimmee, FL from May 15-18 for her national competition. More information on the Junior Olympic National Championships can be found on the Official Site. Mach 2, 2008: Rachel did not compete this weekend in OK due to being sick, her next meet is this coming weekend at KGDC!
February 12, 2008: Rachel competed in the 2008 Chicago Style Invitational this past weekend where she placed 1st all around and took the gold on beam and floor! Full results have been added. Rachel's next meet in the beginning of March.
February 1, 2008: Last weekend Rachel competed in the 2008 Metroplex Challenge where she placed 1st Vault, Floor, and the all-around. Results have been added from Rachel's first two meets of the season. Rachel's next competition is the Chicago Style Invite which will be held next weekend.
