Kansas Gymnastics, Dance, and Cheer, KGDC for short, is located in Olathe, Kansas. KGDC was first opened in 1989 under the watchful eyes of Lynda and Bill Duncan. Head coaches at the gym now include Annie Duncan Heffernon and James Sampel who train a number of up-and-coming athletes. Rachel trains with a very talented group of elites and up-and-coming athletes, below you can read a little about each of these girls.
