Welcome to the official website of Rachel Updike! Rachel was a member of the 2003 National TOP Team, the 2004 National Elite Training Squad, and the 2006-2007 USA Junior National Team. Rachel trains at Kansas Gymnastics, Dance, and Cheer (KGDC Twisters) in Olathe, KS. She attained her international elite status in the summer of 2006 and completed her first year at the international elite level. Rachel did well at the 2006 US Classic easily qualifying to the 2006 USA National Championships. Rachel went on to place 12th in the all-around competition and earned a spot on the 2006-2007 Junior National Team. In 2008 she decided to compete at the Junior Olympic Level, qualifying to the 2007 Junior Olympic National Championships and placing 24th all around.
