Welcome to the Official Website of Ericha Fassbender! Ericha is an international elite gymnast from Houston, TX where she trained under Dan and Ashly Baker at Stars Gymnastics. Ericha began competing at the Hopes level of Elite in 2007 as an 11 year old. Ericha earned 8th place at the 2007 American Challenge held in Huntsville, TX. She went on to compete at the 2007 US Challenge in Battle Creek, MI where she earned 5th place all around and 4th on floor. In 2008 she competed as a Hopes 12 year old and won the US challenge in addition to earning to earning a gold medal on beam.
Ericha qualified to the international elite level in 2009 at the Palm Beach Qualifier with a score of 51.500. She then traveled to San Diego, CA for the 2009 American Classic where she placed 11th all around and earned a spot at the 2009 US National Championships. Ericha placed 28th all around at her very first National Championships. She went on to qualify to her second US National Championships by scoring a 53.70 at the 2010 Metroplex Challenge. Ericha placed 9th at the 2010 US National Championships and earned a spot on the 2010-2011 Junior National Team!

August 22, 2010: Ericha had a fantastic competition last weekend in Hartford earning 9th in the all around as well as a spot on the 2010-2011 US National Team! In addition Ericha also earned a bronze medal on balance beam with scores of 14.30 and 14.15 combined for a total of 28.450. Full results and some pictures from the competition are now available.
