November 10, 2007: Sarah will be attending camp this upcoming week and has the chance to be assigned to an international competition assignment, good luck Sarah!
September 28, 2007: More photos have been added to the 2007 US Nationals gallery. Sarah's schedule has also been updated.
September 4, 2007: Sarah has sent some photos from the 2007 US Nationals banquet. Videos of Sarah's bars and floor from finals have been added as well as one new wallpaper.
September 1, 2007: Sarah's site has a new updated look with photos from Nationals. There are also new photos in the 2007 USA Nationals Gallery as well as some new message board icons.
August 22, 2007: Photos from the finals portion of nationals have been added as well as videos from prelims!
August 19, 2007: Yesterday Sarah finished 12th all-around and qualified to her third USA National Team! Sarah improved her all-around on day two and placed 8th on vault and 6th on floor! Full results have been added from finals as well as combined scores and places.
August 17, 2007: Sarah competed yesterday in the prelims potion of the Visa Championships. She started the competition on vault where she competed a clean yurchenko 1 1/2 for a score of 14.4. Sarah moved to bars and encountered some trouble on her release moving fall on the skills. She successfully repeated the skills eventually scoring a 13.00. Sarah moved to beam where she scored a 14.20 an finished on floor where she earned a 14.40. Sarah is currently in 13th place in the all-around and competed in finals on Saturday at 1pm PST. Photos from the competition have been added.
August 14, 2007: USAG Made a mistake when placing Sarah in the senior division of Visa Championships, as Sarah will be competing as a junior. Sarah will be competing in the Thursday session on the 16th at 1pm PST (4pm EST) and the Saturday session on the 18th at 1pm PST (4pm EST).
August 12, 2007: Sarah will be competing in her fourth Visa Championships this week! Sarah will be competing in the senior sessions on Thursday, August 16th at 7pm PST (10pm EST) and Saturday, August 18th at 6pm PST (9pm EST). This is a televised event by NBC Sports to please check your local listing on the 18th and 19th for coverage of the competition.
Sarah’s combined score will need to place her in the top 12 during the senior competition and she must achieve an average all-around of 56 to maintain her spot on the USA National Team. We will do our best to keep Sarah’s site updated during the events of this week and links have been provided below if you would like additional coverage of this competition.

July 4, 2007 Sarah was named as an alternate to the 2007 Pan American Team. Sarah will take the place of an athlete if they are injured before the competition. To learn more about the 2007 Pan American Games visit here.
May 31, 2007: Sarah has been named to the Pan American Games Training Squad! This group of 12 girls will be attending the Pan American Games Team Final Slection Camp from June 30-July 3. Each will be competing for one of the six spots on the team and three alternate spots open. Congrats Sarah!

March 18, 2007 Sarah competed in event finals today where, despite a fall on bars, she came home with one bronze, one silver, and one gold! Full results have been added to the site.
March 17, 2007 Sarah did well in the Gymnix competition tonight finishing 4th All-Around! Full results have been added to the site. Tomorrow is the event finals portion of the competition.
March 16, 2007 Sarah competed last weekend at the Houston International Competition where she finished 8th in the AA and 5th on beam. Tomorrow Sarah will be competing in the 2007 Gymnix competition.
February 25, 2007 Sarah's schedule has been updated with new international assignments!
February 23, 2007Photos from the 2007 Dragon Invite have been added. Sarah is currently at camp with other national team members and will not be competing in the Spirit of the Flame competition with the rest of her GAGE Teamamtes.
February 11, 2007 Sarah competed yesterday in the Dragon Invitational where she took 1st place AA! Full results have been added from the meet.
January 29, 2007 Sarah is no longer scheduled to be competing in the WOGA Classic, her next scheduled competition is the Dragon Invite on February 10th. Today is also Sarah's 15th Birthday!
January 27, 2007 Sarah is scheduled to be competing in the 2007 WOGA Classic next weekend. The elite session is scheduled for Saturday evening and streaming can be purchased through Xstream Sports.
