November 26, 2006: Sarah competed on beam and floor today during the competition and scored a 15.050 and 13.400 respectively. Sarah took the gold medal on beam while Cassie took the gold medal on Uneven Bars.

November 25, 2006: Sarah started on vault today in Belgium competing her yurchenko 1/1 and scoring a 14.250 total. Next Sarah competed bars where she repeated with a 14.250 score. Sarah struggled a bit on beam where she scored a 13.900. She finished the night out on floor where she scored a 14.35. Sarah finished 2nd place in the all-around, right behind USA teammate Cassie Whitcomb. Congrats girls!

November 11, 2006: Sarah will now be attending the TOP Gym competition which will be held in Belgium on November 24th-25th. Good luck Sarah!

November 1, 2006: The 2006 US Nationals photo galleries have been broken up into finals and prelims with many new photos added. A new wallpaper was also added.

October 22, 2006: Sarah's schedule has been updated with a few new competitions and training camps.

September 2, 2006: Many new photos from 2006 US National Championships have been added as well as links to Sarah's Bars and Floor videos from prelims!

August 19, 2006: Sarah started todays competition on vault where she had a very clean yurchenko 1/1 for a 14.450. Sarah moved to bars where she missed a cast to handstand, but still scored a 14.150. Unfortunately she had a fall on her beam dismount scoring 14.35. Sarah finished off the meet on floor where she made her Arabian double front, her triple full and her double pike for a 14.2. Sarah finished in 7th place qualifying to her 2nd national team!

August 17, 2006: Sarah started off her competition today on floor where she debuted her new triple twist! Sarah scored a 14.350 which put her off to a very strong start! Sarah moved to vault where she competed her yurchenko 1/1, although she had a slight pike, she scored a 14.300. Sarah did well on bars hitting all of her major skills for a 14.550. Sarah’s last event was beam where she hit her entire routine to score a 14.750. Sarah is currently in 6th place in the AA. Finals start on Saturday at 1pm, Sarah’s AA scores will be combined from today and her competition Saturday. To make her 2nd national team Sarah will need to finish in the top 12!

August 13, 2006: Sarah is competing in her 3rd USA National Championships starting next Thursday (August 17th, 2006)! Sarah starts her first day of competition on floor with the prelim competition starting at 1pm. Competing with Sarah will be her GAGE teammates: Erica Smith, Ivana Hong, and Rachel Updike. Her squad also includes Taylor Schick (Gwinnett), Michelle Shealy (Gwinnett), Rebecca Bross (WOGA), Catherine Nguyen (WOGA), and Christa Tanella (WOGA). Saturday, for finals, Sarah will be starting on vault with the competition starting at 1pm.

July 29, 2006: Sarah competed today in the U.S. Classic. She received a 13.85 on vault, 14.2 on bars, 15.35 on beam, 13.45 on floor, and a A.A. total of 56.85! Congratulations Sarah.

July 25, 2006: Sarah, along with her GAGE teammates, will be competing in the US Classics this weekend in Kansas City. The GAGE girls will be competing in the 2nd Session of Junior International Elites which compete Saturday (July 29) at 1:00 pm. May 14, 2006: GAGE will be hosting the 2006 US Classic this year, and Sarah has already qualified to this competition as a result of competing in US National Championships last year! Information can be found on the Dragon Gymnastics Website. Sarah's schedule has been updated to reflect this news and her links have also been updated.

March 27, 2006: Sarah is schedule to attend selection camp on April 4-7. This selection camp is designed to name the 2006 Pacific Alliance Championships team. Good Luck Sarah!

February 17, 2006:Photos from the Dragon Invite have beed added as well as videos from the competition.

February 12, 2006: results have been added from the Dragon Invite that Sarah competed in yesterday! Sarah ended up competing a watered down floor excericise with almost no tumbling which resulted in a lower than normal floor score. A new journal entry has also been added.

February 3, 2006: results and photos from the Manhattan Classic have been added. Sarah's links, GAGE, and schedule have also been updated.

January 29, 2006: Today is Sarah's 14th Birthday! Be sure to sign Sarah's guestbook with any birthday wishes. Sarah also competed in the Manhattan Classic on Friday evening in New York City. She debuted a brand new bar routine, but had a scary fall on floor and did not compete all 4 events at the competition. Look for full results and photos from the competition to be added soon.

January 21, 2006: Sarah competed in the USA v. Japan & New Zealand yesterday as an exhibition performer. This was one of the first competitions in the US using the new code of points so many girls were performing new routines. Sarah scored a 13.80 on vault, a 14.30 on uneven bars, a 12.75 on balance beam, and a 14.20 on floor. Sarah’s AA total was 55.05! Congrats on finishing your first competition under the new code of points Sarah! Sarah’s next competition is the Manhattan Classic on January 27th. Some photos from the recent competition as well as the 2004 US Classic have been added.

January 7, 2006: Sarah's schedule and links have been updated. Sarah has a very busy January starting with the USA training camp with Japan & New Zealand, the USA v. Japan/New Zealand competition, the Manhattan Classic in New York, and ending with her 14th Birthday!
