Chelsea tied for 5th all around at least weekend's 2010 US National Championships and qualified to the 2010-2011 Senior National Team! Congratulations Chelsea!

2010 US National Championships

This week Chelsea will be competing in the 2010 US National Championships in Hartford, CT. She will be training in Hartford on Monday through Wednesday of this week. Chelsea's first day of competition will begin on Thursday, August 12th at 7:00 p.m EST. She will compete again on Saturday, August 14th at 7:30 p.m EST in Finals. Both days of Chelsea's competition will be added together for her final placement in the competition. The top 6 AA finishers will be named to the 2010-2011 National Team. 2010 US CoverGirl Classic

Last night Chelsea competed in the 2010 US CoverGirl Classic. She competed on uneven bars scoring a 14.550 for 5th place as well as balance beam scoring a 13.950 for 8th place. Chelsea will travel to Hartford, CT in two weeks to compete at the 2010 US National Championships!

Buckeye Elite Qualifier

Today Chelsea competed in Columbus, Ohio at the Buckeye Elite Qualifier where she swept all events (13.85, 14.60, 13.30, 13.50), the all around (55.250), and qualified to the 2010 US National Championships. Congratulations on your first all around competition in 18 months Chelsea! Full results from the competition are now available.

Metroplex Challenge

This past weekend Chelsea competed at the Metroplex Challenge, her first competition in over a year! Chelsea placed 1st on uneven bars with a 13.600.
