Welcome to DoozieUte.com, the official website of Annie DiLuzio. Annie is currently a sophomore at the University of Utah. Before Annie’s gymnastics career as a Ute she was an accomplished international elite status. She qualified to the international elite level during the 2004 season and easily qualified to her very first National Championships competition. Annie was named as a member of the 2005 USA National Team in 2005 and was selected to compete in the World Cup to be held in Ghent, Belgium. Annie traveled to Ghent with USA teammate Alicia Sacramone where Annie and Alicia respectively took the Gold and Silver in the Vault competition. Annie once again qualified international elite in 2005 and qualified to her 2nd USA National Team in 6th place. Annie then decided to focus on her college career.

Annie now competed for the University of Utah. Annie was a solid contributor on both vault and floor exercise during her freshman year and had a career high of 9.9 on both events. Annie was also able to jump in and contribute on beam early in the season when her team was still struggling with injuries. In 2007 the University of Utah had the opportunity to host the 2007 NCAA Championships and the Utes finally shined. The University of Utah took the silver medal as a team and advanced almost every athlete to an individual event final. Annie qualified to vault finals where she competed a full twisting yurchenko and double twisting yurchenko for the silver medal. Annie is now looking forward to her sophomore year.
